Within the first few moments of your introduction to Bryan Kallam you will quickly recognize that he exemplifies the epitome of integrity. His character paired with an unrivaled work ethic is a rare combination in today's competitive world of Real Estate. Realizing that veracity, honesty and customer service are the key ingredients to earning trust, Bryan sets himself apart through client rapport.

Bryan is a native of North Carolina. He began his career journey at the tender age of 16 as he worked alongside his father in the family business. After relocating to Florida, Bryans early career centralized around the automotive industry. He tinkered in the restoration of vintage cars but ultimately grounded himself in the parts distribution sector. Bryan dedicated 28 years as Vice President of Eastern Imports where he proficiently honed his management style as he directed the day to day operations of a team of 45 employees.

Devout in his Faith, Bryan also prides himself on being a loyal husband to his wife Tonja and a supportive father to their three children. An all around sports enthusiast, Bryan particularly enjoys football…all aspects of the game from Pop Warner leagues to the pros. You might also spot him riding motorcycles in the dirt or on the street. And of course, being a parts guy, he finds all forms of motor sport racing irresistible.

Real Estate became a subdued passion of Bryans in 1986 as he purchased his first home. It gently emerged again as he and his father began investing in commercial and residential properties. The interest was there but ultimately took a backseat to the family business. Over the years Real Estate continued to pull at his heartstrings. Today as Bryan puts to rest a successful chapter as an independent business owner behind him, he is now afforded the freedom to pursue his Real Estate career dreams.

As an educated and committed Real Estate professional Bryan will personally walk you through the experience of selling your current home straight into the achievement of purchasing your new dream home.

Nestled along the western bank of the scenic St. Johns River and to the Southwest of Jacksonville Florida, lies Clay County Florida. Once a part of Duval County, Clay County was created in December 1858 and consists of the incorporated municipalities of Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Penney Farms and Keystone Heights, the unincorporated municipality of Middleburg and numerous modern community areas such as Fleming Island and Lake Asbury.

With convenient access to I-295 and the Naval Air Station, Clay County, Orange Park and Fleming Island are favorite "bedroom communities" for residents who make the commute to Jacksonville. Clay County has plenty going on within its 600 square miles; rich in natural beauty the county offers an abundance of fresh water lakes, plus vast natural, historic, recreational and agricultural resources. Shopping opportunities abound with the newly renovated Orange Park Mall, the new Oakleaf Town Center, the many major shopping centers along Blanding Boulevard and on Fleming Island. Additionally, the St. Johns Town Center and the St. Augustine Outlet Malls are only minutes away! Orange Park, Fleming Island, and Green Cove Springs offer a positive business climate, with strong support from the local Chambers of Commerce and the proactive governance of the Clay County Commissioners.

Clay County enjoys the close access to Jacksonville while still maintaining more of a small town, old Florida feel. The county is a haven for those who love nature and the outdoors and is the home to some of the region’s best golf courses, public parks, walking and bicycle trails. Add the enjoyment of boating, fishing, canoeing or kayaking on the forty-six miles of lakes and rivers and you can see why Clay County is a special place indeed.

The history of the area can be seen in the housing that varies widely, from inexpensive starter homes to million dollar estates. As it hugs the west bank of the St. Johns River, many of the luxurious homes boast waterfront views and boating access, either on the river or on beautiful Doctor's Lake. As the county extends further from the Duval County line and the City of Orange Park, it becomes more rural, with abundant green spaces and beautiful views. In recent years, some of that rural land has evolved into new planned housing developments, offering modern, stylish homes in comfortable, convenient neighborhoods with state of the art recreational amenities. More established neighborhoods are also plentiful in Orange Park, with many homes constructed in the 1970s and 1980s.

There are many wonderful homes in this area, but you need a local market expert to help you. Watson Realty Corp is a locally owned company with over 40 years experience selling homes in the area.
